Ingredients

Dressing

Salad

cups chopped mixed lettuce (iceberg, Bibb and/or romaine)

cup chopped green cabbage

cup golden raisins

cup diced carrot

cup thinly sliced radishes

small tart apple, chopped

  • 1 In blender container, combine all dressing ingredients except tarragon; blend until smooth. Stir in tarragon.
  • 2 In large salad bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat.
