Perfecto! This was the first time I have ever tried to make a meringue cookie. Easy and delicious!

These Meringues are as good as they look! They are very light but heavy in taste. If you are a chocolate lover, these are definitely for you. They did take a while to make, but well worth the wait. I will absolutely make them again.
