I made this pie for thanksgiving this year. At first, it seemed all the ingredients didn't fit in the pie and overflowed over the edges. I was a little concerned with the outcome, BUT, I must say, it came out perfect and was sooooo delicious, I couldn't believe I made it myself =) Everyone loved it!

This was one of the best desserts I've made. I made it for Thanksgiving and again for a work Christmas potluck. There were rave reviews from everyone! Will definitely keep this in my recipe collection!

This was absolutely delicious!! Everyone loved it! It was pretty rich, but it went fast! And - it was the easiest pie I have ever made!

I made this for Thanksgiving instead of the traditional pecan pie. Everyone really seemed to like it-Not as overwhelmingly sweet as traditional pecan pie. really like the cheesecake layer.Simple to make
