These were a HUGH hit at work! I used Girradhelli bittersweet chips for the dark chocolate chips. Only issue I had was the first time I made this, the pudding mix broke on me while I was waiting for it to boil. So I had to remake that part and I just stopped when I thought it was thick enough. Otherwise, these were very easy to make and very yummy!!!

I wasn't sure how these where gonna turn out, but the were fairly easy and MAN are they good!!! They are very rich so cut into small pieces...enjoy!

I wonder how these would be with amoretto extract and coconut sprinkled on top instead of the peppermint.
