Absolutely wonderful recipe! Very easy to make. Wrapping them in waxed paper made them look very festive! Definitely a new Christmas keeper!

Why not make them in the microwave? Seemed to work just as well for me. Just melt chocolate at 50% power and stir frequently. These took much longer to harden than the recipe said. I will use double or tripple the peppermint next time.
