Chocolate Pecan Pie

Chef Marcel Cocit shares a recipe for a decadent chocolate pecan pie made easily with Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust.

Ingredients

Crust

Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box

Filling

cup sugar

cup light corn syrup

tablespoons butter, melted

teaspoon vanilla

cups chopped pecans
1/2
cup semisweet chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips
  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F.
  • 2 Make pie crust as directed on box for One-Crust Filled Pie, using 9-inch glass pie plate. In large bowl, stir first 5 filling ingredients until well blended. Stir in pecans and chocolate. Pour into crust-lined pie plate.
  • 3 Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until set. Cool before cutting.
