I haven't made this yet, but I make a peanut butter pie with either a graham cracker crust or an oreo crust. It takes 1/2 cup of peanut butter and 4 oz of cream cheese. So I think the 8 oz of cream cheese might be too much for the amount of peanut butter. I'm going to make this...it is a lot like my peanut butter pie and that is delicious.

This is an awesome desert. My family raved over it. My biblestudy gal pals could not get enough of it. My co-workers just loved it. Instead of peanuts I used heathbar chunks.

I made this for a 4th of July party. It was a huge hit, however I tasted the frosting before I put it on the cookie and the cream cheese flavor was overpowering the peanut butter. So I had to tweak it by adding extra peanut butter and sugar, which of course meant I had way too much frosting, but NEXT time I make this I will use 4oz of cream cheese instead of 8oz, and 1 cup of peanut butter instead of 1/2 cup.

Ohhhhh so good! Really easy to make. I too was worried thst the dough would be too thin but it came out perfect. I got lots of requests to make this one again. Perfect for a large group.

This sounded good and reminded me of a peanut butter pie recipe I used to have. Made it for Father's Day family gathering and it was a huge hit! This one is a keeper for use again.

This was the easiest recipe ever. The kids all loved it so I made a second one for a work fundraiser. I also used peacans instead of peanuts because I had some already, and used less chocolate fudge sauce than called for and it turned out perfect. Will be making this again

I will echo some of the other reviews. This was easy to make and a hit at the Girl Scout event I just took it to. I did not add the nuts because I knew some of the girls don't like them and added a little more chocolate. YUM! I'll definitely be making this again!
