Use a mini ice cream scoop to place chocolate mixture in cookie cups; the chocolate will not stick to the scoop and will ensure even amounts in each cup!

these have too strong of the orange liqueur taste for me.

I added the orange zest to the chocolate filling & put Christmas sprinkles on top after filling. The cookie part after a couple of hour's was REALLY crunchy. I don't think I would make these again unless I could find another cookie base recipe that was softer, loved the filling though.

These were fast, easy and fun to make. Only change I had made, due to price of the Orange Liqueur, I chose to use Frangelico, a hazelnut liqueur, which worked out just fine. However, one tip that I found out, if you are not serving the sweets soon after making them the orange zest may dry out, maybe waiting until serving before adding the zest might be preferable.

These were great. Easy and pretty. Came right out of the pan. I agree with pyka01, though. The orange liqueur was superfluous and orange juice concentrate would probably give more flavor. All in in all a good recipe that I will make again.

My first batch was a bust, the cookie dough baked over the top leaving a lip. Looked nothing like the picture. So I decided to use a mini cookie dough scoop and scrapped excess off before releasing the dough. This was the perfect amount to use with no lip.
