Ingredients

Bars

cup margarine or butter, melted

cup sugar

tablespoons unsweetened cocoa

eggs

teaspoon vanilla

cup all purpose flour
1/2
cup malted milk powder

Glaze

tablespoons powdered sugar

tablespoon malted milk powder
1
tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
2
teaspoons skim milk

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. 2 In medium bowl, combine margarine, sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa; mix well. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
  3. 3 Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Add flour and 1/2 cup malted milk powder; stir just until moistened. Spread batter in spray-coated pan.
  4. 4 Bake at 350°F. for 14 to 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool completely.
  5. 5 In small bowl, combine all glaze ingredients except milk; mix well. Stir in milk until well blended. Spread glaze over bars.
