Fabulous idea! I love these little granola bars! I would definitely freeze them a bit as they are melty and crumbly, then microwave with a marshmallow for a few seconds (for the indoor version).

Tried this on a family camping trip and I'm hooked. The whole family preferred this over the traditional gram cracker s'mores. The only issue being that each chocolate covered granola thin is packaged individually and the chocolate melts easily, so keep them cool or else have plenty of napkins on hand, cause things can get a little sticky. This is a must try!!

This is great for camping trips. It's easy for the younger kids to make and hold themselves and less items to keep dry and out of the heat. It's the perfect answer to camping or outdoor treat! We will make these again and again this summer! Thank you
