I recommend making 1/2 inch balls...the 1-inch balls make too big of a cookie. The 1/2 inch balls yield more cookies, and are more "bite-size" for kids (and even adults). I added red and green food coloring to give them a festive look for Christmas. Very yummy!

i thought i was making 1 inch balls, but the recipe only made about 10 cookies. since it didnt make that much, i didnt want to eat 1 so i brought it to a holiday potluck and i was told they were fantastic! didnt have any to bring home. also wanted to say they're pretty easy to make. next time i'll make them even smaller to see if they make more.

I couldn't find the gingerbread dough, so we used sugar cookie dough and we used 1/2 vanilla, 1/2 almond extract. But the cookies are delicious anyway!

Theses cookies were pretty and yummy--the perfect mix of crunch and softness, spice and cocoa. And very very easy to mak!

I know you're selling hte premade gingerbread mix - but can you give an alternative "scratch" recipe? Themn I can add my own fats (or fat substitutes) and not worry about the trans fats...

These cookies look so beautiful I thought they would be perfect for my cookie plate then I noticed 2g trans fats. Ooops, probably not a good item to have under nutritional information for those of us that read the fine print. I know Pillsbury is working to remove trans fats from their products, meanwhile I think I will continue to read the small print. Still they do look amazing !

OMG!!! These are delicious, way better than expected. The chocolate cookie by itself was good. I need to give them away so I don't eat them all.
