  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Press dough in bottom of ungreased 10-inch cast-iron skillet.
  • 2 Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 15 minutes. Cut into 8 wedges.

You can use one of the small round stone bakers from P/C, it will work great.

If we no longer have a cast iron pan, will a regular fry pan work? Temp/length of cooking adjustments??

BlueBagLady, did the fire pit option work? I want to try it too since it's too hot to cook indoors.
