Loved this! Mine were a litte thicker than the ones pictures because I used the value size of the refrigerated cookie dough, but it was still delicious. Add a little bit of light kayro syrup to help counter-balance the powdered sugar. Came out nice and creamy in the middle with a little extra peanutbutter too! Will definitely make again :)

Grease your pans! The bottom layer is sticking a little to mine. I used less powdered sugar and two flavors of peanut butter. It is more crumbly than creamy but still good. The bottom layer of cookie is very soft and the top is crunchy.

Love peanut butter? Substitue peanut butter cookie dough for the chocolate chip!

Yummy. Used peanut butter cookie dough instead, and took the advice of 1 cup 10x sugar and added a bit of milk for a creamier middle. Topped it off with chocolate chips.

My family RAVES about these. I have experimented with the recipe a little and don't use as much powdered sugar as it call for so the peanut butter is really creamy. We have also put some Chocolate Chips on the top when directly out of the oven. Chips melt and then it like eating a Reese peanut butter cup. mmmmmmm.

These are very easy and extremly delicious...especially if you like peanutbutter!!! I cut the powdered sugar down to 1 cup and added about 3 TBLSP of milk in the peanutbutter mixture. I also didn't bake them until "golden brown" because the pan is so hot it still bakes after removing from the oven. They were NOT dry at all. Big hit at play practice!!

The peanut butter part did not quite turn out like the photo. It was crumbly and a little dry - but the taste was delicious. My husband really enjoyed them and ate them anyway.
