I love this recipe! My Son classified these as "Gourmet". He was surprised at how easy they are to make and how Yummy they are. He and his wife couldn't stop eating them. Thank YOU, Pillsbury!

Incredible and a lot of fun to make for the holidays. I didn't have any issues putting them together or having them run out of the pastry dough. The trick is to push the kiss down further into the cookie dough. I also used butter instead of water before I put the two halves together. This gave the crust/pie a buttery flavor. I would do this again and I used them for my cookie swap. Absolutely a hit!!

These cookies looked interesting. After reading all the comments I decided they were not worth trying. Plus the fact that one cookie is over 500 calories.

These weren't as exciting as I thought they would be. They needed more goo. I will continue to tweek them though becasue the concept of a cookie in a pie is awesome.

My husband and family loved these treats!! The only problen I had with the recipe is the cookie expanded beyond the pie crusts so they were a little messy and didnt look quite like the picture but they still tasted amazing! I think next time I will trim a little off of the cookie to keep it in the crusts. These melt in your mouth and are a big hit!

This is just too gross a cookie in pie crust? What's next a twinkie inside pie crust?

The end product isn't too bad but I'm not very impressed with the recipe. At 450 degrees you would expect a herseys kiss to completely liquify but mine barely melted and my cookie dough wasn't completely cooked. No, there's nothing wrong with my oven it's brand new. I just don't think the size of pie rounds is large enough to allow the cookie dough to properly expand. I think I'll use a 4 inch round if I make these again.
