Made one batch of these yesterday to try it out. They came out really well. I made sure to spray the tins really good. Let them cool all the way and then I took a very fine tipped knife to take them out. Did not have any break on me. Today I am making two more batches for a soccer party.

I made a triple batch of the cookie cups for a family birthday party. They were a huge hit!! I set out several different fillings and let everyone mix&match to create their own tasty treats. So yummy :)

irwind i have to agree with you if i'm eating the cookie i'm not thinking if the nutritional side of it lol hhmm good. if people are worried about that then they need to do with this like every other thing that isn't good for you. eat it moderation don't have the whole bag of cookies made have one or two. I think these cookies look great and cannot not wait to try them out. I'm going to chage the filling to cool whip and pudding but other then that looking good hhhmmm good.

Sorry Ladies and Gentlemen, but if you have to always worry about the nutritional information on a recipe, you need to either adapt the recipe to your health needs or not make the recipe at all. I liked the comment about using the chocolate coolwhip. I think I will use that when I make them.

Would love to try these but cannot print or get the nutrition info as others stated. This has happened a few times before on other recipes on this site. Please fix or don't waste my time.

Question...did anyone have a problem removing the cookie shell from the baking pan?

Have not tried but sound delicious. Tried to get nutrition info. but nothing happened when clicked on. Can not get any of the coupons either since becoming a member as again when clicked on nothing happens.

Very good recipe, but e-mail messed up. Can't use "Print" button. Does not work.

Made these for a coworker's birthday, they were a big hit in the office! Although I think next time using liners instead of the Non-stick spray will have to do, I had a few fall apart while taking them out. I am not a fan of the "residue" left on the cookies from that spray either
