Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars with Peanut Butter Caramel and Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients

1 - Pillsbury® Refrigerated Chocolate Flavored Chip Cookie Dough 16.5 oz roll
1/2
cup creamy peanut butter
1
cup caramel sauce
1
rounded cup chopped peanut butter cups (about 8)
1
cup mini marshmallows
2-4
tablespoons hot water

Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 8x8 or 9x9 square pan with parchment paper, leaving extra on two sides to use as handles to easily remove the bars.
  • 2 Using your hands, press the cookie dough in the bottom of the pan.
  • 3 Bake at 350 degrees for 21-23 minutes, or until lightly browned and set in the middle. Cool in the pan, on a wire rack.
  • 4 In a small bowl mix until smooth the caramel sauce, peanut butter and 2-4 tablespoons hot water.
  • 5 Spread the caramel over the cooled cookie.
  • 6 Sprinkle the chopped peanut butter cups and mini marshmallows, pressing them lightly into place.
  • 7 Place bars in the fridge to thicken the caramel, 1-2 hours.
  • 8 Using the parchment paper as handles, lift out of the pan. Cut into 16 bars.
