Ingredients

1 - Pillsbury® Ready to Bake Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookies 16 oz (24 ct)
1-Whipped
Topping (8oz) container
1-Shell
Chocolate Topping (7.25oz) bottle
2
tablespoon of Cinnamon Baking Chips
1
tablespoon water

  • 1 Heat oven 350 degree F. Use 2 nonstick 8x11, 6-cup muffin pan. Roll into hands 2 cookie dough pieces together; place into each cup. Makes 12 cookie cups. Bake for 13 minutes.
  • 2 Meanwhile, in a small bowl add cinnamon and water. Place into microwave for 2 minutes. After 1 minute stir mixture, repeat until chips and water form a sauce.
  • 3 Add cinnamon sauce to soften whipped topping; gently fold together in container. Place into frezzer for 10 minutes.
  • 4 Remove cookie cups from oven; cool for 10 minutes. Place cookie cups on plate.
  • 5 Remove whipped topping mixture from frezzer. Use a 18/8 NO.30 ice cream scooper(3tbsp); dish 1 scoop of whipped topping mixture onto each cookie cup.
  • 6 Top 1 tablespoon of shell chocolate topping on each cookie cup and serve.

Can make these a day ahead, store in refrigerator for parties, family gathering, sporting events. The cream holds well.
