I made these cupcakes for my family with cream cheese frosting and they were a real hit!
I made the frosting by mixing: 1 pkg of cream cheese, 1 stick of softened butter, 3 cups of confectioner's sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla extract.

This recipe is wonderful, but I believe there is a typo. I used 2 8oz packages of cream cheese, whereas the recipe calls for 2 3oz packages.

This is an awesome recipe. I cut the fat some by using splenda in place of the sugar, canola oil instead of vegetable and non fat cream cheese and they came out so good! Everyone raved even my daughter who doesn't like cheese cake.
