I made it today. It is so good. I need a cookie jar for these cookies. It is great for the kids' snack for the week. They can have it after camp with their milk.

These are so awesome. I had some cookie dough that I had gotten from a pizza place & it worked.

Delicious! I even accidentailly cooked the bottom layer of cookies first before adding the cheese cake and layer of cookies on top, but I took it out before burning the bottom layer. They were a little soupy as a result but served it in a bowl and you still can't go wrong with cookie dough and cheese cake!

Very easy and soooooo good. I have made this recipe several times and the bars are gone in a few hours. I have adjusted the recipe to use more than half of the cookie dough for the crust but this is my preference; we prefer to have chunks of cookie dough on the top rather than have a layer of cookie on top. Still - excellent!!

Delicious, and easy to make. I sliced the cookie dough in to 1" thick slices and put them inbetween wax paper to flatten, then peeled off in to pan. Worked very well and didn't stick to the wax paper.

I have made this many times (minus the coconut) and it is always a HUGE success. Everyone is so amazed at how easy it is to make! I also made it with Nufatchel and it tasted just as good!
