Chocolate Cherry Surprise Tarts

These easy to assemble cherry tarts have a sweet cookie base, fluffy marshmallow and a surprise filling of lime curd.

Ingredients

1 - Pillsbury® Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough 16.5 oz roll
1
can Light Cherry Pie Filling
1
Jar Lime Curd
1
Tub Marshmallow Fluff
2oz semisweet baking chocolate, melted

  • 1 Cut dough into 12 slices. Press each slice down into the bottom of each section of a greased muffin pan.
  • 2 Preheat oven to 350ºF. Bake cookies for about 8-10 minutes, or until they rise up into shallow tart shells and are golden.
  • 3 Let cool for a minute before removing from muffin pan. Fill each shell with about 1 tsp of lime curd, followed by 2 tsp of cherry pie filling. You should have 3-4 cherries per tart.Cover the lime curd for the surprise!
  • 4 Top each tart with a dollop of marshmallow cream. Then, drizzle melted chocolate over the top.
  • 5 Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to a day before serving.
