I actually began making this recipe many years ago but lost it. I looked it up on this web site. I have shared this cheesecake with friends and family and even made it for a wedding reception I helped to cater. This is a very good cheesecake. I have even frozen it to eat later (though I had to hide it in the freezer). If you're not an expert on making cheesecakes, which I am not, cooking the cheesecake for exactly the right amount of time can be tricky because the cake can be too gooey if undercooked or crack if overcooked. Overall, I would strongly recommend this recipe.
