I thought these tasted great and would make again..I cant believe how many people are complaining about the picture! The pictures for websites and magazines are done by food stylists.Do you honestly expect yours to end up looking like that? I guess I just go by what tastes good and am not picky..

These were delicious! I used a roller on the dough, regular chocolate chips, and no caramel. They turned out perfect and were so easy to make.

I would not put caramel on the outside again as it made the bars dough wet. It was mediocre.

GREAT DESSERT! and very easy! Thanks for all the previous reviews, as most of them were helpful! Use the seamless dough sheet that Pillsbury has available. I didn't use the caramel. I made it, cut it, and melted chocolate to drizzle over the top, which made it very pretty and went along with the chocolate/cheesecake combo that was already going on. I finished it all and put them in a tupperware container with a lid and refrigerated. (they "set" and taste better after they were refrigerated) VERY GREAT dessert! The party I took them took loved them!!

Try the crescent sheets for this recipe. They're much easier to work with. Also, whipped cream cheese works very well instead of having to wait for the block cheese to soften.

Loved this recipe. I used the sheets; they were so much easier to work with. I am never without a can of crescent rolls or sheets in my refrigerator. Wonderful and versatile products. I like Delores Ann's suggestion to add crushed pineapple to the cream cheese. I bet that's out of this world.

Response to ktsgram: They sell Pillsbury sheets just like the Crescent rolls. You might want to try that instead of the rolls.

Iwonder how these would taste with fresh blueberries instead and a powdered sugar glaze instead of caramel.

Very bitter with the semisweet chocolate chips! Will make it again, but with milk chocolate chips.

This was a big hit this weekend! It was so simple and quick, it was the perfect treat for me and my co-workers.
