The cracker-caramel layers were really yummy, but the chocolate-PB topping layer had a weird consistency and did not spread well or look nice at all. I plan to use a different topping recipe the next time I make these.

Omigod -- these are soooooo good! A little tricky spreading the first layer of caramel without disturbing the crackers, but sooooo worth it!

Easy and yummy! Kids loved them, used lowfat crackers, lowfat condensed milk, and reduced fat peanut butter to bring down the already low 150 cal. per serving

These were very easy and wonderful. They actually tasted much better on the second day. I wasn''t impressed with them at first but as I mentioned upon the second day the flavors just popped and they were great! I plan on making them again but will make them the day before they are needed. Enjoy!

These are FABULOUS!!! I brought them into work and got a ton of compliments on them. It sounds a little "weird" with the crackers & all, but the sweet and salty-ness of the bars are fantastic. If you want to wow the crowd...make these!!!
