This cake was delicious and absolutely elegant! Though, my mousse didn't turn out as airy as what it looks like in the picture, but still great. I got so many compliments on it, that I didn't let on just how easy it really was! It's really important to use the right size baking sheet for this in order to get great results!

This recipe is wonderful. The cake was so delicious. I made a 2 layer (I left out the almonds and the extract)and I iced the whole cake I made hearts on top with sprinkles. It was beautiful. Definately recommend this recipe.

Great cake! The only thing is I couldn't pipe the mousse because the chocolate firmed up and I had tiny pieces (which tasted wonderful) of chocolate that clogged up the tip. Very Chocolatey!!
