I have used several flavors of the pre-made Cookie Doughs. Whatever flavor your child, or friend/relatives are in favor of, the way to create the dough form s to use a dough liner for the muffin pan -- or, purchase some of the new pre-shaped (round standard size, mini sized, round, square, or heart shaped) Poly Made which will pre-form your 'Pie Crust'. Hershey's makes a terrific Hot Fudge Sauce you can use for the base of your Sundae. Or you may choose to use Nutella which is a soft chocolate and nut flavoring which can also be used as the base under your chosen nuts, and Ice Cream Flavor?

I sprayed the pan with non-stick cooking spray. It didn’t help. I had to chisel the cookies to get them out of the pan. There was nothing left to fill when I was done.

I made this for a picnic and everyone loved them! You have to make sure you spray each muffin tin with pam and that you wait until they are cool before you take them out.Mine popped out no problem.I used vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup on mine.My neighbor is going to make these with her grandchildren when they come to visit. Will defintely make again.

shells took twice as long to bake and were very hard to eat - some came out of the pan without the bottoms. Nice idea, but I won't make them again.

This is quintessential "stoner-chef" food. All the ingredients can be altered, flavor-wise. e.g. Chocolate Fudge Cookie dough w/ Peanut Butter Ice-cream, Nutella instead of Hot Fudge & Rice Crispies as oppose to nuts. etc... The actual preparation shouldn't change, but, experimentation is a must with this formula. The possibilities are an nth degree null of infinity! Happy Munchies, Chefs.

LOVED THIS! Made it for family and friends. And the kids really loved it. Ii used a melon baller to scoop the ice cream. Can't wait to use other cookie dough and ice cream flavors. Deborah in Richmond, VA

I prefer the macadamia cookies with the coconut ice cream.

I am afraid of this one. How do you get the cookie shell out of the cup cake mold without breaking?
