Very tasty and hearty! Amped up the heat a bit to 3 chiles & used dried cilantro, but everything else was the same. Served with shredded taco cheese, sour cream and corn tortilla chips. Outstanding!

This recipe is delicious! I adjusted it a little. The soup was very thick -- so much that I couldn't it to come to a boil. So I added more chicken broth until I was happy with the consistency. I'd say it was about 16 oz of chicken broth. I also used two chilis instead of one. The cilantro is a big part of the flavor, so I would recommend leaving it in the ingredients. I bet the shredded turkey or chicken idea would be great, too. We will definitely be eating this recipe more often!

This was fantastic! It came together speedily, made a big pot, was healthy, and tasted great as leftovers!
I made several changes, more for convenience than anything else.
I was out of corn, so I threw in a can of black beans.
I added extra broth (a full 16 oz can). I didn't have ground turkey, so i used some shredded chicken from one of those rotisserie birds.
I added 3 chipotles. This was still quite mild and could have easily been doubled (I do like my food to kick back).
I was not gentle when I stirred and purposefully smashed beans as I went, which added a creamy thickness to it.

This chili is amazing! Although not your typical chili, the flavor from the chipotle chili in adobo sauce is fabulous. I followed the recipe exactly. You won't be disappointed.
