These sandwiches/burgers are delicious!
While you're cutting up the veggies, set some aside and have a side salad to make it a meal! The chipotle flavor really makes this recipe! I used panko breadcrumbs which add a nice crispy crust to the sandwich.

I am not a fan of mayo...so I used less may in the chipotle sauce. It was great...my family loved it.

It was a lot more work than I expected it to be and I just didn't like it that much. Also Ihad trouble finding the adodbo chilies.

Wonderful combination of tastes! And, after watching Tony on Oprah this morning, I don't feel so bad about the prep anymore. Great recipe, Tony!

I was confused with the chipolte mayonaise in this recipe while I was reading it because I was doing 2 recipes at the same time. I added the chipolte mixture mayo with the chicken because I didn't think I needed a whole cup of chipolte mayo just for the sandwiches. It was amazing. I also don't think you need the biscuits. You can just do the chicken cakes if you want to save on calories. The chipolte mayo does add alot of flavor to put on the cakes after they are made. Very good recipe!!

This recipe is the best thing I've made in about 5 or 6 months. My husband and I LOVE it and plan on making it more often. Hopefully the prep time gets faster as you know what you're doing. It took me about 45 mins to get it all ready then the bake time on top of that. But it was great, my husband said it was "restaurant quality food"! Fantastic recipe, I hope it wins!

I plan on trying this but why not use cilantro instead of parsley to make it more "Mexican". Also, I might use "crema" with chipotle instead of mayo.

These sandwiches are fabulous! BUT, they took forever to make, lots of chopping. Way more than the 35 min prep time the recipe claims. Time involved is the only reason I gave them a 4. 5 rating for taste. Even my fussy 6 yr old daughter licked them.
