Expert Tips

If you like food that's less spicy, use only 1 chile and 1 teaspoon of the adobo sauce.

This sauce is great with chicken or pork, or try on a burger for a spicy change.

Chipotle chiles are simply dried smoked jalapeños. They can be purchased in the dried form or in cans in spicy Mexican adobo sauce. The sauce is actually made from ground chiles, vinegar and spices.
