Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 minutes. Add carrots and onions; cook and stir 3 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are crisp-tender.
Add cabbage, stir-fry sauce and brown sugar; cook and stir until well blended. Cover; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until cabbage is crisp-tender.
Meanwhile, cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain pasta. Serve chicken mixture over pasta; sprinkle with cilantro.
