head iceberg lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces (about 8 cups)

medium stalks celery, thinly sliced (2 cups)

medium carrot, shredded (1/2 cup)

cup walnuts, coarsely chopped

medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)

tablespoons sesame seed, toasted

cup chow mein noodles

Directions

  1. 1 In small bowl, stir together vinegar, sugar and salt until sugar is dissolved. Whisk in oil.
  2. 2 In large salad bowl, stir together chicken, lettuce, celery, carrot, walnuts, green onions and sesame seed until well mixed. Just before serving, pour dressing over salad; toss until coated. Top with chow mein noodles.
