Chinese Barbecued Ribs

Ingredients

cup oyster sauce

tablespoons hoisin sauce
2
tablespoons honey
1
tablespoon lite soy sauce
1/2
to 1 teaspoon chili paste, if desired

tablespoons finely chopped green onions

to 4 lb. pork spareribs, cut into 6-inch sections

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350°F. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except spareribs; mix well. Set aside.
  2. 2 Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil; place wire rack in pan. Place ribs on wire rack, meaty side up; brush with sauce.
  3. 3 Bake at 350°F. for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat is tender and starts to pull away from bones, brushing frequently with sauce.
  4. 4 To serve, cut ribs apart carefully with knife and arrange on platter.
