Ingredients

can Pillsbury™ refrigerated thin pizza crust

container (4.4 oz) 50%-less-fat garlic-and-herb spreadable cheese

cup chopped fresh spinach
3/4
cup diced seeded cucumber
1
large tomato, chopped (1 cup)
1/2
cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1
tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
1/4
teaspoon salt
1/8
teaspoon pepper

cup shredded carrots

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 400° F. Grease 12-inch pizza pan. Unroll dough; place in greased pan. Starting at center, press out dough to edges of pan. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Cool crust, about 30 minutes.
  2. 2 Spread cheese over cooled crust. Top with spinach, cucumber, tomato, mushrooms and basil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with carrots.
