Ingredients

lb. fresh turkey breast tenderloins, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch slices

teaspoon salt

teaspoon cumin

cup frozen whole kernel corn (from 1-lb. bag)

cup chunky-style salsa
1/4
cup raisins
1/4
cup chili sauce
1/4
cup water

Directions

  1. 1 Sprinkle turkey slices with salt and cumin.
  2. 2 Heat 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add turkey; cook 2 to 4 minutes or until browned on both sides.
  3. 3 Add corn, salsa, raisins, chili sauce and water; mix well. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink in center and corn is hot, stirring occasionally.
