Ingredients

lb. boneless beef round steak, trimmed of fat, cut into serving-sized pieces

teaspoon seasoned salt

(14.5-oz.) can stewed tomatoes, undrained

(4.5-oz.) can Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles
1/4
cup taco sauce
1
teaspoon chili powder
1/2
teaspoon cumin
1
cup Green Giant™ Niblets® Frozen Corn
1/4
cup sliced green onions

Directions

  1. 1 Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over high heat until hot. Add beef; sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cook until browned on both sides.
  2. 2 Add tomatoes, chiles, taco sauce, chili powder and cumin; stir to mix. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until beef is tender, stirring and turning beef occasionally.
  3. 3 Stir in corn and onions. Cover; cook an additional 8 to 10 minutes or until corn is tender.
