Made this for the first time tonight to take to a small gathering. Although I just threw all the ingredients into a pan and sauteed it. Everyone said how good it was! I will definitely make it again.

Reading all the reviews this is a recipe I would very much like to try. I have not done so up to now because of the Cumin. Is there anything I could substitute for Cumin since my family does not like that seasoning?

The shrimp took a little longer to cook today, but I guess when it is 20 degrees, most anything will take longer on the outdoor grill. The flavor was great, but I had to add a little more chili power, since I like mine HOT!

simple enough to make, but I didn't really enjoy the flavor. I think I will add some ginger next time

We originally tried this recipe on 06/30/09 and have had it several times since then. It is fabulous and I highly recommend it for taste and simplicity.

This was fantastic! I mixed half scallops, half shrimp WOW! I do agree with popeye59 that the salsa should be added while cooking & not last because I needed to warm up the salsa to serve. Nice suggestion posted...salad, green beans & baguette.
Next time I prepare this dish I will serve it along with some steamed white rice. Yummy!!
