Chili Mac

Ingredients

oz. (1 cup) uncooked elbow macaroni

lb. extra-lean ground beef

cup chopped green bell pepper or celery

medium onion, chopped

(8-oz.) cans no-salt-added tomato sauce

(15-oz.) can spicy chili beans, undrained

teaspoon salt
  • 1 Cook macaroni to desired doneness as directed on package.
  • 2 Meanwhile, spray large nonstick saucepan or skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add ground beef, bell pepper and onion; cook over medium-high heat until beef is browned.
  • 3 Drain macaroni. Add to ground beef mixture with all remaining ingredients. Cook until thoroughly heated.
