Ingredients

cans (4.5 oz each) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles, drained
2
large tomatoes, seeded, chopped (2 cups)
2
cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
1
cup baking mix
1/2
cup sour cream
3
eggs
Salsa, if desired

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 2-quart casserole or 8-inch square pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle chiles and tomatoes evenly in casserole.
  2. 2 In medium bowl, beat remaining ingredients except salsa with wire whisk until blended. Pour over chiles and tomatoes.
  3. 3 Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with salsa.
