I used Poppy seed instead of Sesame, makes it like a Chicago Hot Dog

This was simple, quick, and easy. Cut recipe in 1/2,and saved the rest of the crescent rolls for another day. We both loved it! Even better than your regular chili dogs. Will make this again.

I added about 1/4 cup of water to the chili mixture and lined the bottom of the dish with Fritos corn chips. The chips absorbed the extra liquid and formed kind of a crust on the bottom. I also sprinkled about 1/4 of chopped onion on top of the chili mixture before adding the cheese. I forgot to add that I grilled the hotdogs instead of boiling them, use cheddar cheese, and I serve it with salsa and sour cream on top.

How could you not like this. Hot dogs, chili, cheese and crescent rolls....yummmmm. I used Nathan's, and velveeta. Didn't take long at all, and on a damp cold day, it hit the spot.
