This recipe went gang busters with the guys at home. My two older son''s just couldn''t get enough of this tasty dinner. They stated although it was rich, and very filling, they both loved the flavor. I myself thought it was very delious, very rich, and really not at all hard to prepare. It did take more time then I really planned. However the whole bunch thought it was well worth the wait. I will diffently make this again. It would be a good make ahead dinner. I think I will try that next time.
