I think the recipe for "Chile and Cheese Empanaditas" will give you a delicious treat to try - when making a selection of appetizers. The first reviewer said that she had already made these Empanaditas, but she did not think there was a big enough change in these treats. I am not fully happy with the 'hot' peppers in the Monterey Jack Cheese. I personally prefer the standard Monterey Jack Cheese which is sold for it's outstanding flavor #1) when cold; or #2) after it's been heated. Nothing spectacular. A lot of work for the results. Probably won't make again because there are so many other recipes to try from this site!
