I think the recipe for "Chile and Cheese Empanaditas" will give you a delicious treat to try - when making a selection of appetizers. The first reviewer said that she had already made these Empanaditas, but she did not think there was a big enough change in these treats. I am not fully happy with the 'hot' peppers in the Monterey Jack Cheese.
