Cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; cover to keep warm.
Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 to 5 minutes or until browned and no longer pink.
Stir in artichoke hearts, pesto and pasta. Cook an additional 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with tomato and Parmesan cheese.
