I used the entire box of the wild rice and add 1 cup of water with this recipe. It has become one of our favorite meal. So delicious and so easy to make.

We thought it was great-used chicken legs instead. My husband thought the orange juice was a bit much so next time I might lessen that amt. The left overs were great too.

I loved it but my husband was not impressed with the cranberry/pecans in the rice. He'd prefer everything be cooked separately (he's so darn picky)!! I'll make it again when he's not around, it's an easy & delicious recipe.

Loved this. I used left over chicken and as per tip added chicken about half way through. It turned out perfect. Can't wait to eat the left over rice with Pork. Sent it to all my single & cooking 4 two friends.

My fiancee' and I love this recipe. I made no changes other than to double the ingredients and bake 1 hour (had thick chicken breasts). It is yummy, simple to put together, enough for 2nd meal and a keeper recipe for me. Thanks to whoever thought this one up.

Made this tonight. I thought it was okay, but my husband commented at least 4 times that it was "fruity". That was code for, he really didn't like it. Also, after 35 minutes at 350, it was nowhere NEAR done, so I had to bump up the temp to 400 and bake for about 15 more minutes. I probably wouldn't make this again since my husband didn't care for it, but it WAS easy, and if you like fruity flavors with your wild rice and chicken, you might like it.

Made this last night & it was great! Used all of a 4.3 oz. size box of long grain & wild rice(not fast cooking) and baked it about 10 min. longer before taking the foil off. Will make it again, definitely.

I didn't care for this recipe. The rice took a lot longer to cook and the orange juice flavor was too strong. I would make them separate.

This was easy and very tasty! The only issue I had was the rice took longer than the recipe called for, but I had doubled the recipe. I did take the dish out of the oven when the chicken was done and put the rice in the microwave and it was done in no time at all! Definitely a hit at my house.

What was the brand name on the rice everyone used? I was having trouble finding the fast-cooking one. I look forward to trying it next week. Thanks in advance.
