I just got done making the meal mix. It was super easy. I didn't use the steamers, Kroger had all their frozen veggies on sale so I just used 3-12 oz. bags of their fiesta blend. And I used 3 bullion cubes in 3 c. of water to make my broth. Can't wait to try the first recipe!!
