I served with extra tortillas, along with diced avocado, cheese and sour cream. I also added a can of corn to the soup before cooking.

My family thought this was ok recipe. U could not really even tell the tortillas were in it....:(

I loved this. I drained some of the tomato juice and substituted with an equal amount of salsa. I also added frozen corn. My husband and I loved this!

Delicious as it is, but I would add a can of corn & a can of black beans to the pot at the beginning.
