Chicken Taco Wedges

Little hands can manage these pie crust shells better than hard shell tacos -- and they are neater to eat.

I did not care for this recipe, neither did my husband. It was too dry and too much crust. I added about 1 1/2 cups of shredded chicken and put the shredded cheese in the pocket and topped with sour cream. I won't be making this recipe again. I was disappointed.

this is a mexican calzone or a supersize chalupa....either way, its really good. I recommend spicing up the chicken and being very liberal with the ingredients. That's a lotta dough to fill! A good recipe, will make again.
