Expert Tips

Kids love finger foods and dipping them into sauces. So serve the chicken strips on a separate plate and instead of spooning all of the sauce over the linguine, pour a little into a bowl, then let your youngsters dip away!

I'm sorry Bevrs & jasper3610 didn't like the breading coming off in the pan. Mine that came off crisped up nicely in the pan & tasted great with the pasta & sauce. It is such an easy recipe to do & I thought the flavors were great. I used a good Italian dressing (or you could make your own) and it was thick so that may have helped. I will share and make it again.

Just as "jasper3610" below, the breading came off in the pan, making a huge mess. If I were to make this again, I would definitely bake it instead. However, I don't think I will make it again, as it's not very good. The Italian dressing made it too strong, so I ended up rinsing the cooked chicken under the faucet, removing all traces of the breading, and cutting up the chicken to add to a salad. Next time, I'll pass on the Italian dressing and the chicken, and just go with HOME-MADE pasta sauce and the linguini, thankyouverymuch.

I made this for my fiancee and I the other night and found that the breading came off in the pan rather than browning nicely on the chicken. Not sure what I did wrong. Seemed bland.

I enjoy reading and trying most of the recipes on all newsletters. I like to use as many fresh things as I can. I like a lot of Italian cooking fresh basil and tomatoes and olive oil.
