My husband said it was yummy - he gave it a 4 1/2, I gave it a 4. I made it mostly as directed but used Penzey's Sate Seasoning in place of the curry powder - and used about 2 tsps. of it. I also used 1 1/2 tsp. garlic/ginger paste in the sauce. Served it over Thai rice noodles (they look like linguini - not as thick). This is great with an Asian style cucumber salad to round out the meal. Will definitely make it again. I added a smidge of Asian style Garlic Chili sauce to mine because I like a little heat. Wonderful!
