Chicken Sandwich Ring

Super easy! makes lunch seem fancy. Stores well for two to three days. Make it and serve it on a round a stoneware to make life simple

My husband loves this recipe, but I omit the mayo and use basil pesto sauce instead. I also sometimes use leftover baked chicken and just cut it up instead.

We do this at our house a little differently. We cook the bread the way it suggests but...I add a little butter to the top before it cooks and I sprinkle garlic powder on the top. Then I cut it in half and then layer ham or your choice, sliced cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions,or any other veggies. I then add italian dressing or leave a choice of dressings to put on. Tastes great. This really looks nice if you have a small group for lunch. You can do this ahead of time, cover and leave in the refrigerator. I usually put the dressing on just before you eat. They will think you worked all day and it tastes great.
