I made this recipe for my husband and I and we BOTH said its a do again! I didn't use the cheese they recommended, I used monster and cheddar. It is also a cheap meal and can be 2 meals.

I thought that this was very easy to make, very cheap ingredients to buy and very tasty.

This was good, but I found that there was way to bread left over, and not enough meat--and we used 8oz of chicken. I liked the flavor though!! Might make again with a few changes.

I tried this recipe out on my husband and his his crew. It is hard to please construction workers but this was a hit, they all loved it and requested I email it to their wives. It was easy and delicious. A keeper. I used half mayo and half ranch dressing instead of all mayo. It added a nice flavor.
