(1/2-inch-thick) slices baguette-style or small French bread

cup chunky pizza sauce

lb. thinly sliced cooked chicken, cut into 24 pieces

oz. (1/2 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese

to 4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Brush bread slices with oil; place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F. for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp.
  • 2 Remove cookie sheet from oven. Top each bread slice with pizza sauce, chicken, cheese and parsley.
  • 3 Return to oven; bake an additional 5 to 8 minutes or until topping is hot and cheese is melted.
